How Can We Help You?

At Spine Fine, we begin with a comprehensive assessment conducted by our experienced Practitioner to fully understand your health concerns and treatment goals. During this detailed evaluation, we will take your medical history, discuss your symptoms, and assess any areas of discomfort or dysfunction. Based on these findings, we will determine if Dry Needling is the most effective treatment option for you.

If Dry Needling is recommended, it will be precisely targeted to the specific areas that require attention, helping to release muscle tension, improve mobility, and promote healing. Our goal is to provide you with a personalised approach to achieve the best possible results for your health and well-being.

Did you know?

Most commonly muscle or soft tissue pain in the body can be caused by

  • Repetitive movements from work or sport
  • Poor posture at work or home
  • Imbalance or weakness in muscles
  • Trauma or sudden impact
  • Aging or degenerative conditions
  • Stresses of daily living causing muscle tension
The first step is your examination. As part of this we will establish if there is any interference along your nervous system. Most commonly we find that joints along the spine have become fixed or ‘misaligned’. We remove the misalignment by gently ‘adjusting’ the fixed joint, thus restoring healthy movement and reducing nerve irritation (caused by inflammation). See our techniques section for more on how this is done.
