Did you know?

Most commonly pain or dysfunction in the body can be caused by:

  • Repetitive movements from work or sport
  • Poor posture at work or home
  • Trauma such as an R.T.A injury or fall
  • Stresses of daily living causing muscle tension
The first step is your examination. As part of this we will establish if there is any interference along your nervous system. Most commonly we find that joints along the spine have become fixed or ‘misaligned’. We remove the misalignment by gently ‘adjusting’ the fixed joint, thus restoring healthy movement and reducing nerve irritation (caused by inflammation). See our techniques section for more on how this is done.

With Chiropractic care people often report feeling that;

  • They have more energy
  • They feel younger and more flexible
  • They can do more
  • They can now exercise or go back to hobbies they hadn’t done for years
  • They can achieve more at work
  • Their relationships improve as they are in less pain
  • Have more fun in their lives
